Lets Make

In this workshop we're going to talk about plants and ecological ingredients that we can use to look after our bodies. We'll make: tooth powder, deodorant, herbal scrub and herbal oil.

Let's Walk

A short walk identifying plants and describing their properties.

Let's Walk

Let's Learn

Female sexuality is a complex dimension and obviously in this workshop we don't intend to exhaust all its aspects.

The workshop is simply intended to be a light and fun journey through the erotic alchemy that can be carried out in those sophisticated laboratories that are our kitchens. Although there is a lot of myth and semi-magical belief that probably won't help us, and despite the paucity of rigorous clinical studies confirming the supposed aphrodisiac virtues of many edible vegetables and officinal plants, there is a significant part of ancestral empirical tradition that has come down to us.

This is in addition to the scientific knowledge we have about the direct actions of these botanical ingredients on the body systems (endocrine, circulatory and nervous) most directly involved in sexual health. And about the enormous importance of nutrition in certain physiological functions that we know are essential for the sexual and reproductive dimension.

These tools are not intended to replace appropriate psychological or sexological therapy, or any other type of treatment that may be necessary, but rather to enrich our sensory language while helping to improve our general health.

Let's Play

The world of wild plants is full of superheroes, heroes who dress in green and take on various shapes and colours. Let's explore the fantastic world of medicinal plants and discover their superpowers!

Using fun games, we'll explore the flora around us, captivating and sensitising children to nature conservation and protection. (Short walk + game) Skills to be developed during the activity:

- Identify and recognise some species of wild plants.

- Learn about the superpowers of plants.

- Learn about the gastronomic value of some wild species.

- Promote creative thinking.

- Development of environmental awareness.

Lunch

Lets Make

In this workshop we'll talk a little about the vast world of vegetable oils, recognising their main characteristics and how to apply them according to skin type or condition.

It will be an opportunity to feel and experience some pure vegetable oils macerated with medicinal plants.

The production of a moisturising cream will be demonstrated, which includes in its formula macerated oil from medicinal plants, essential oils and other natural ingredients.

Let's Walk

Introduction to Fruit Physiology requires a minimally in-depth analysis of each species.

The aim is to learn in the field, and in theory, how to identify each species and its physiology, so that we can then act when necessary.

Species and their varieties are all different and each has its own type of branching, growth and subsequent fruiting. Their natural organisation is not only the most harmonious, but also the most efficient.

If we respect this natural construction of the tree and its way of bearing fruit, we won't have to impose artificial pruning that goes against its physiology and therefore its fertility and healthy growth.

In this way, we will only act as educators when necessary, promoting the characteristics of each variety. We will then be able to suppress "pruning reflexes" that are often destructive, disrespectful to nature and without the slightest scientific or physiological justification.

Let Nature Be, and help it according to its Characteristics. Learn to Communicate with Trees.

After understanding the Physiological Complexity of Fruit Trees, we can explore their meaning and place in the surrounding world - especially in their birthplace - the Humanised Landscape - and how it is a reflection of a long-standing symbiosis between Plant Entities and Human Entities. Addressing the Complexity and, above all, the Poetry of this symbiosis also means questioning the interplay of forces between the Wild and the Domesticated.

Addressing the Complexity and, above all, the Poetry of this symbiosis also means questioning the power play between the Wild and the Domesticated.

Let's Walk

It is incredible how plants have the ability to balance how we think and feel. At a time when many people can be hard on themselves and lack confidence, self-esteem and self-love, herbs can provide hope and enhance transformation to bring us to a place where we can accept ourselves more fully and be joyful just being our authentic selves.

Vamos Aprender

What a herbarium is and how it is made, using the necessary material to exemplify and showing images of the herbarium at the University of Aveiro.

para famílias

Let's Play

Walk to observe pollinating insects, highlighting their relationship with the medicinal plants observed. Demonstration of the use of the FIT Count application to monitor interactions between pollinators and flowering plants.

Let's Make

In this workshop we're going to talk about plants and ecological ingredients that we can use to look after our home. We're going to make: Herbal Multi-Purpose, Multi-Purpose Detergent, Air Freshener, Eco Laundry Detergent.

Let's Walk

Take a tour where we identify the plants and discuss some aspects about them. Characteristics, uses, curiosities, etc.

Let's Learn

Both in the tradition of ancient herbalism and in modern "pharmacological" phytotherapy, there are many officinal plants designed to improve fertility.

In this context, it's very useful to know about Conscious Fertility methods, which give us a much better idea of what issues need to be corrected through plants and nutrition.

Conscious Fertility can be a valuable menstrual guidance tool for any woman, not just those who want to get pregnant, but it is also vitally important for maximising natural fertility and better directing the choice of plants.
