From Lisbon
Take the A6 Highway (Marateca – Elvas) to the first exit for Montemor. Then follow the N114 towards Coruche for about 15 km until you reach the village of Foros de Vale de Figueira. From there, simply follow the signs indicating the way to Montado do Freixo do Meio.

- Cloth bag or basket for collecting plant samples;

Montado do Freixo do Meio will be responsible for the meals. Daily vegetarian meals will be available. To reserve lunch and dinner, you must purchase in advance from Montado do Freixo do Meio via: https://freixodomeio.pt/herb-fest-portugal-2026/
There will be a snack bar and café service with options for breakfast, light lunches, and snacks, which can be ordered and paid for on the spot
Participants may bring their own food if they wish.
Meals are not included in the ticket price.

The Eco Camping has 2 dry toilets, 4 showers with ambient temperature water, and no electricity or potable water.
Participants who camp can access water and electricity in the main building of the estate, where the festival activities will take place.
Children up to 17 years old do not pay for Eco-Camping.
Accommodation is not included in the ticket price.

You can arrive on Thursday, April 30th, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, so we can check you in properly.
On Friday, May 1st, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM;
On Saturday, May 2nd, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM;
On Sunday, May 3rd, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Remember to bring your proof of registration (on your phone or printed).

Tickets will only be sold through our online store and cannot be purchased on-site.
At the Herb Fest Bazaar, you will find medicinal herbal products, live plants, seeds, cosmetics, handicrafts, and fresh food.
Bring cash for potential purchases and the option to pay via MB WAY, as many of the vendors may not accept card payments.
We will not have Wi-Fi available for participants. We will connect with Nature and enjoy each other’s company.
It is possible to charge your phone in shared spaces.
Children are very welcome, and we will have daily activities for families.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to bring your pet, as there are already some animals on the estate.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All registration fees paid are non-refundable, except:
- if the event is canceled, the full deposit will be refunded to the client;
– if the client gives a 7-day prior notice, 50% of the amount is refundable.

The fee for vendors at the Bazaar is €20, which must be paid upon confirmation of your spot. Spaces are limited, so we cannot accept all applications. We will notify applicants about participation by March 15th.
There is a public Facebook group where you can connect to see if you can find travel partners to share the trip.

There is free parking in the spot.
We recommend that you limit the valuables you bring and always keep them with you.
